Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at customersupport@ivoryandjuteco.com.  If you receive a defective or damaged item please follow instructions below under Damaged/Defective Orders.

Returns/Exchanges

  • refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase delivery date
  • customer is responsible for cost of shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered (damaged items only)
  • items must be returned with original tags in original material packaging (ex. jewelry should be placed in box/jewelry card that it was shipped in/on)
  • No signs of wear or use such as washing, makeup or deodorant stains, etc.
  • items must be received by our shop within 14 days of refund request date, after that refunds cannot be accepted
  • items purchased that are marked clearance, final sale, or last chance cannot be returned or refunded. These are FINAL SALE.
  • No returns or refunds on gift cards

We currently do not accept exchanges. Due to our store stocking limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the item or size you would like to return for will be in stock. 

Refunds will be processed using the same payment type that was used for the purchase. Please allow 3-7 business days to see funds back into your account.

 

Damage/Defective Orders

Each item is carefully inspected for quality before being shipped out; however, mistakes can occur. 

All reports of damages must be made within 3 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. Damages must be reported prior to wearing the item. Tags must still be attached.

Please contact us immediately at customersupport@ivoryandjuteco.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective items. Please include your first and last name and order number.

 

 Non-Returnable/Non-refundable Items

 

Items marked FINAL SALE, Clearance, or last chance cannot be returned or refunded. They are final sale.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Once order has shipped ownership is turned over to delivery carrier then to buyer. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping info given by customer or wrong delivery via carrier. Any shipping issues must be handled by shipping carrier.
